Shipping Policy

Certain medicinal products will mandate a prescription by a certified doctor and you will need to upload the prescription before proceeding to checkout. Please check with our customer care to know whether you require prescription from a doctor prior to purchase of medicines from holistic-md.com site.

For all orders placed via Credit Card, Net Banking and Debit Card, the same shall be serviced to you on the shipping address with us.

We leave the cash-on-delivery option to our pharmacists’ discretion. You can correspond with them directly for all queries at the contact details provided to you at the time of our order booking.

Time frame to process an order  Your order will usually be shipped within 3 working days from the date of processing to your registered shipping address with us and the delivery of the order will be done as per the pharmacies’ logistics (usually 3-5 days) depending upon the location.

Non delivery of Package  Incorrect Address: We recommend validating the shipping address before confirming the same on our website. We do not take responsibility if the delivery address provided is incorrect.  If a package is returned to us because the address is incorrect or outdated we will consider the order status as closed. Please carefully check to make sure that you have entered current and correct address.

Address Format:  If you supply a Post Office Box for your shipping address, most shipment partners of the pharmacies might be unable to deliver your package. We will try to curb this problem prior to shipping by taking an alternate address from the customers. If the alternate address is not available the order shall not be processed by our partners and we will consider the order status as closed.

Failed Delivery Attempts: Our pharmacy shipment partner shall make two attempts to deliver your package and post unsuccessful delivery after these attempts we will consider the order status as closed.

Refused by Recipient: If you are sending a gift to someone and they refuse to accept the package because they think it is being sent to them by error then the package will be returned to us as deliverable. By informing your gift recipient that they should expect a package you will help us ensure that they receive your gift. The order will be considered as closed.
