- Any shippable items booked at www.curemetric.com site can be returned within 7
days of receipt for a full refund.
- They must be returned, at the customer’s expense, unused, unsealed, untampered
and in their original packaging.
- There is a 30% restocking fee for returned items.
- Custom items are non-returnable.
- Orders cancelled after the item has shipped are subject to all standard return
- You must accept delivery.
- If delivery of an item is refused, return shipping costs are deducted from the
issued credit and a 30% restocking fee will apply.
- We will honor all damaged and incorrect orders. To qualify for a return please

- Items should be unused and in original packaging.
- A refund of the price of the item and any applicable taxes will be issued in the
